Fees and Application 2020
Please apply early. Space limitations and musical balance may make it necessary to cap the number of participants. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If an orchestral or vocal section is full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list.
Please read this page carefully to review fees and policies.
Fees are per person, per week. Resident fees include accommodation, all meals and snacks, tuition and admission to concerts. Day student fees include lunch, dinner, snacks, tuition and admission to concerts.
Groups of three or more which include school-aged children receive a $200 discount. Children under six who have not completed Kindergarten may attend without charge, but there is no program for them.
All participants are required to be members of WCAMS (please visit our membership page).
Registration and Payment
Once your application has been accepted, the registrar will be in contact with you to send you an invoice and tell you how you can pay your fees. Payment options will be by cheque or by Interac.
Financial assistance is available to those who find that the fees are a significant barrier to participation.
Scholarship recipients will have all or part of the tuition portion of their camp fees waived.
Bursary recipients will have all or part of their camp fees waived for reasons of financial hardship.
