Registration and Payment

Once your application has been accepted, the registrar will be in contact with you to send you an invoice and tell you how you can pay your fees. Payment options will be by cheque or by Interac.

Payment policy:

  • Once your application is accepted, the registrar will send you an invoice. Upon receipt of this invoice, your membership fees plus a non-refundable deposit of $200 per camper is payable immediately. If the membership fee(s) and deposit is not received within two weeks of invoicing, your application will be cancelled and you will have to re-apply.

Please note that applications are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis while there is still space for your instrument or vocal section. Instrumentalists who are wait-listed because your instrument section is full may be accepted to camp if they choose not to play in a chamber group or symphony orchestra, or if they would like to play an instrument not yet being wait-listed.

  • The balance of your fees are due by June 1st, 2018. Late payments are subject to a 15% surcharge.

  • Any cancellations made before June 15th will be refunded all amounts paid less the $200 deposit and membership fee.

  • There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made after June 15th.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available to those who find that the fees are a significant barrier to participation.

Scholarship recipients will have all or part of the tuition portion of their camp fees waived.

Bursary recipients will have all or part of their camp fees waived for reasons of financial hardship.

Criteria used for awarding Scholarships and Bursaries:

  • Scholarships will be given to students in a post-secondary music program, other students in full-time education, and individuals who study with a professional musician.
  • Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of financial need.
  • Further consideration will be given to musicians whose voice/instruments are essential for performing the planned camp repertoire. Other applications will also be judged on their potential benefit to the musical balance of the camp.
